Avellé started as a way to carry original artwork on a case that actually protects a phone. Every design is developed and proofed at case scale for colour, detail and fit.

Every design is developed at case scale and proofed on a real shell before it reaches the shop, so the colour, detail and fit work on the finished product.

Draw
Every design starts as original artwork rather than a stock file. It gets redrawn at case scale so the detail survives the wrap around the corners.

Proof
The first pull goes onto a real shell, not a screen mockup. Colour shifts between the two often enough that we would rather find out here.

Print and cure
Ink is laid into the surface and cured hard under UV, in a glossy or a matte finish. It sits in the shell rather than on top of it, so it will not peel.

Check and pack
Each case is fitted, checked against the light for flaws, and packaged for dispatch. Anything that misses gets remade rather than shipped.
Nothing ships until it is a case we would carry ourselves.
