Drawn, printed and packed in small runs.
Nothing is printed until it is ordered, so there is no warehouse of unsold shells. Designs are drawn first, proofed on a real case, and only then put on the shop.

Draw
Every design starts as original artwork rather than a stock file. It gets redrawn at case scale so the detail survives the wrap around the corners.

Proof
The first pull goes onto a real shell, not a screen mockup. Colour shifts between the two often enough that we would rather find out here.

Print and cure
Ink is laid into the surface and cured hard under UV, in a glossy or a matte finish. It sits in the shell rather than on top of it, so it will not peel.

Check and pack
Each case is fitted, checked against the light for flaws, and packed by hand. Anything that misses gets remade rather than shipped.
Nothing leaves the bench until it is a case we would carry ourselves.
