Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us as soon as you can after placing an order. Because cases are made to order, we can only change the design, size or shipping address before printing has started.

Once a case has gone to print it is already committed to that artwork and shell size, so changes and cancellations are no longer possible past that point.

If you are not sure whether your order has started printing yet, email us the order number and we will check before you decide.
