Returns and exchanges are limited to damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or defective products
Avelle doesn't require the product to be returned. You can request a free reprint or refund within 14 days of delivery by using the Submit issue form and providing a clear photo of the problem.
Wrong size, color, or change of mind
Avelle doesn't support returns or exchanges for these reasons. If you choose to accept these returns, you'll need to provide and manage your own return address.
